|Number of Ballots Mailed Out:
|Number of Ballots Returned:
|Number of Ballots In Favor
|Number of Ballots Opposed:
There were 12 ballots that had the label peeled off rendering them as "not properly returned", and those votes were not counted. The 2 voided ballots were somehow defaced or otherwise not legible.

Amtrak has advised that the retroactive payments will be made on June 29, 2018, and the new rates go into effect on June 27, 2018.
*note: On July 1, 2018, there will be an additional 2.75% increase.
Thank you to all that participated in the process, whether you supported or opposed this agreement. Special thanks to the National Division and our own Federation officers and staff who worked through Amtrak's deceit and bad faith to bring this round of bargaining to a close.
